Although we hope you’ll never need it, the centerpiece of our continuing care program is our state-of-the-art Laurel Creek Health Center (LCHC) where you can receive outpatient services and emergency nursing care as part of your monthly fee – at virtually no additional cost.

Wellness Clinic with a Licensed Nurse
Residents can see a nurse in the Wellness Clinic for any health concern without an appointment. Nurses assess resident’s health concerns and advise them of the appropriate plan of care. Health Center staff will assist residents in making arrangements for off-site services to meet resident's health needs, including transportation.
