We offer skilled nursing at Laurel Creek for recovery from an illness or surgery on a short-term or a long-term basis. Daily restorative nursing encourages recovery and helps residents maintain and improve fine motor skills, range of motion, and mobility.

The Oaks is a special living area for residents with cognitive impairments, such as Alzheimer’s disease. Our comprehensive, individualized care programs are designed to foster dignity and provide nurturing while encouraging the highest level of functioning possible.

Respite Care
Our respite care program provides a safe and supportive home away from home when an illness or injury calls for a greater level of care, when family members are away on business, or vacation, or when caregivers just need a break.

Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Services
Paradise Valley offers a comprehensive rehabilitation and therapeutic services program designed to help each resident live as fully and independently as possible. We support a wide range of needs for long-term residents as well as short-term treatment for individuals recovering from surgery or serious illness.
