That’s why our campus features a host of amenities like our 25-yard, heated pool. Its indoor location makes it ideal for year-round use – so you’ll always be able to take a dip, swim some laps, or enjoy one of our challenging water aerobics classes. Out of the water, you can raise a racket on our tennis court or take a stroll on our walking trails. since February, 1998 “ When we first considered moving to a retirement community a prime consideration was that we wished to find a place where we could maintain active lives. When we discovered Paradise Valley Estates would have it’s own tennis facility, our decision came quickly. While my game has never reached the upper levels, we have found very considerate companions, some of whom I can actually beat on occasion. We really are fortunate to have found a wide assortment of skills, and everyone with a great attitude.” FITNESS TRAINING: This 30 minute class is designed to give participants an overview of total fitness. Included is a stretching component and orientation to correctly and safely use the equipment in the fitness center. This class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the game room of the Recreation Center at 8:15am. And just outside our gates you’ll find a challenging 18-hole, daily fee golf course. In fact, our community offers 2,000 feet of golf course frontage. Which means you can enjoy all the benefits of living in a golf course community – including having a golf course lot – without any of the financial responsibilities. |

“Our intent is to stress wellness at all levels of ability so that all of our residents can continue to enjoy their positive and independent lifestyle for as long as possible,” says Paradise Valley Estates Jan Olson. AEROBICS: This 55 minute class provides a warm-up, stretch of major muscle groups, a cardio section, strength training, and floor work. We meet at 9:00 am on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the large Multi-Purpose Room in our Community Center.
“ We have a great in-house ‘Athletic Club’. It has all the latest model physical equipment required to maintain and rebuild your body. We also enjoy the benefits and guidance provided by our in-house expert full time fitness director, she instructs in the proper use of equipment, records your progress, and encourages you toward your goals of good health.”
