In
1991, a group of retired military officers saw the need for a retirement
community in Northern California to meet the needs of the many military
officers living in the area. So they formed a highly diversified
non-profit Board, Northern California Retired Officers Community
(NCROC) and set about a course to develop such a community. The Board
consists of 12 members who represent the Army, Navy, and Air Force
and possess a wide range of talents and expertise. These individuals
come from Northern California and contribute their time without any
compensation. Their only reward is developing a quality retirement
opportunity for people like you.
