Andrea Andersenis a retired Air Force Colonel and attorney with extensive experience inenvironmental, federal, and military law. A graduate of the U.S. Air ForceAcademy and Georgetown University Law Center, she served 25 years in the AirForce and later as Senior Deputy General Counsel for the Presidio Trust.
