Col Deborah L. Aspling, USAF (Ret.)
Deborah Aspling is a retired Air Force Colonel with morethan 33 years of military service and extensive executive healthcare leadershipexperience. A former Senior Vice President and Area Manager for KaiserPermanente, she has overseen complex healthcare operations, large workforces,and significant operating budgets and has served in governance roles withorganizations including Travis Credit Union.
