Robert Bowerscombines extensive legal and judicial experience with 28 years of active andreserve service in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, includingservice as a military judge. He earned his law degree from GeorgetownUniversity Law Center and has worked in private practice, criminal prosecution,and the judiciary in Solano County.
